Tuesdays, 6:30 pm, 60 minutes: Gentle Movement and Stretching – relearn relaxation.

Rest and relaxation is just as important to the body as activity. It provides an opportunity to reduce stress on the body and re-balance the nervous system. This class will be slower paced with a focus on breathing, gentle movement, longer holds and stillness to give your mind and body an opportunity to restore and promote healing. Any level student can join us for this therapeutic class. Class size is limited to 10 students. Mats, blocks and straps available or BYOM (bring your own mat).

Saturdays, 9:30 am, 60 minutes: Slow Flow

Slow Flow Yoga – this class will introduce a more dynamic component as we slowly flow from one yoga pose to another. This class is appropriate for beginners as a slower pace flow allows you time to learn the poses with more instructions. The movement and postures are done slowly and mindfully and will help to build strong bones, muscles and connective tissues while helping to improve the mind/body connection. Moving from one pose to the next will offer opportunities to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. No experience or flexibility required, only a desire to learn! Meet us on Saturdays for some intentional, feel good movement! Class size is limited to 10 students. Mats, blocks and straps available or BYOM (bring your own mat).
