DINA KRAMER

PT, COMT, FAAOMPT, Owner/Senior PT

Dina was previously a senior therapist and general manager of Marino Therapy Centers. She has been practicing for more than 35 years.

Dina’s advanced certifications include:
  • Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists – only one of two in the Knoxville area
  • Certified Manual/Manipulative Therapist with NAIOMT – one of only three therapists in Knoxville with this designation
  • Vestibular Rehabilitation Certification from Emory University Medical Center
  • Trigger Point Dry Needling Certification – Kinetacore Level I, II, and pelvic floor specialty
  • LSVT BIG Certification – Parkinson’s exercise program
  • Certified Clinical Instructor for the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association)
  • Clinical Fellowship Instructor and Faculty for NAIOMT

PATTI GREEN

PT, OCS, CMPT, Pelvic Floor Specialist

Patti was previously a senior therapist and lead pelvic floor therapist with Marino Therapy Centers. She has presented at local, state and national meetings and at UT’s College of Nursing for their Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program.

Patti’s advanced certifications include:
  • Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist
  • Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP) from the APTA – Patti is the only practicing pelvic floor PT in East Tennessee with this designation
  • Certified Manual Therapist with NAIOMT

JENNIFER HINKLE

PT, PRPC, Pelvic Floor Specialist

Jen is a licensed physical therapist and pelvic floor specialist. She earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO in 1997, and finished her PRPC (Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification) from Herman & Wallace in 2016. Previously, she worked in a hospital based rehabilitation department for more than 11 years where she initiated and developed a pelvic floor service line, served on a hospital-wide women and children’s service line team, and lectured to nursing homes, pregnancy centers, childbirth classes and physicians. Her pelvic floor education is through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She previously worked with Dawn, Dina, and Patti at Marino Therapy Centers as a pelvic floor and orthopedic therapist.

SANDY DANIELS

PT, cert MDT

Sandy graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1987 and has been practicing in Knoxville for the past 20 years. Sandy has been a McKenzie certified therapist since 2004 and her knowledge of anatomy and years of experience have allowed her to effectively treat complex patients. She enjoys treating spine, extremity and sports injuries in addition to vestibular and balance disorders.

DAWN FEWELL

PTA

Dawn has worked as a PTA for more than 20 years. She is certified in LSVT BIG treatment for Parkinson’s and is a personal trainer. Dawn worked with Dina at Marino Therapy Centers for 10 years in outpatient Physical Therapy.

DEANNA COLE

PTA

Deanna graduated from Freed Hardeman University with a B.S. in Sports and Fitness Management in 1989. She worked as an Exercise Specialist in gym settings as well as in Industrial Rehabilitation for 5 years before returning to school to pursue a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Volunteer State.

She has worked as a PTA since 1997 in a variety of settings with a primary focus on outpatient orthopedics and industrial rehab. Deanna has been a certified Ergonomic Specialist through Advanced Ergonomics since 1993 and specializes in job analysis, return to work assessments and educational classes.

LORI HENDRICKS

PTA, LMT

Lori has worked as a PTA in outpatient clinics with a heavy emphasis on manual therapy for the past 8 years. Her exposure to manual therapy led to her interest and love of massage therapy. She is certified in the use of Dolphin Neurostim for scar tissue release, as well as the reduction of sympathetic stress and soft tissue pain. She incorporates the use of various tools during massage sessions- cupping, Rockblades, and Rockfloss – for myofascial, trigger point and soft tissue release. Lori also received her 200 hr yoga teacher training certificate in 2011 and utilizes her yoga experience with her clientele. She is currently pursuing her certification as a practitioner of Thai Yoga massage. Techniques from this form of massage can prove useful for the purpose of relaxing the body and mind, as well as improving mobility and flexibility of the joints and muscles.

JoAnn Lawson

JoAnn has been teaching fitness for 20+ years. She is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with Pure Body Pilates (recently rebranded as the Rebel Pilates Collective), a certified Pilates mat instructor with Balance Body and a certified Personal Trainer with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is a Level 2 (“Yellow Rank”) qualified TRX® Trainer (Force Training, Functional Training, RIP Training, Sports Medicine). She graduated from Clemson University with an Electrical Engineering Degree, and worked as a Contract Specialist for a Department of Energy Contractor in South Carolina for 24 years.
